What are the consequences of poor customer service for:
a) The Customer the customer will then take there business else where
b) the Firm resulting in a loss of customers for the business therefore a loss of money.

The customer will go to other companys to get there goods,
The company will lose money due to losing customers

the customer - the customer will leave and go to the companys competitors! the firm - the company will not have as many sales, therefor will looose money!
